There are alot of functions and events that are held in city Lucknow,where alot of talented dancers,singers,stand up comedians,entertainers come and show their talent.Event managers organise fashion shows,singing and dance competitions,stand up poetry,comedy stand and give these talented participants a stage to perform and show their talent to the audience.
According to an entertainer who is famous among lucknow dancers,they struggle alot and face alot of problems before they finally get any stage to perform.To get any platform they need to pay to the event manager and give auditions.The major problem about it is that sometimes they even cancel the event and don't give them their money back,but since these strugglers are at their struggling phase,they need to perform at different stages to gain limelight of the audience.It depends upon your hard work and determination to win but even if you don't,the advantage of participating is you get a platform.
These event managers organise specific events where they invite some well known personalities as special guests and some celebrities for the judgement and also the new talents as their event participants and this is how they entertain the audience of the city.Some of these event managers also open their own academies for different specific field of entertainment.
